Organize structured application content and reusable technical data collections.
Resolve the target application first and carry applicationId. Resolve environmentId as well for environment-scoped secrets, integrations, and configuration.
Use collections for AppKit-owned application data structures. Shared customer identity belongs in Outborn Account and shared commercial catalog data belongs in Outborn Core.
