Configure application-owned visual assets and presentation settings.
Resolve the target application first and carry applicationId. Resolve environmentId as well for environment-scoped secrets, integrations, and configuration.
Appearance configuration is application-scoped. Human authentication screens are owned by Outborn Account even when they consume application branding supplied by AppKit.
