AppKit owns technical application registration, environments/config, technical permissions, storage, communications, webhooks, SDK/platform infrastructure, and AppKit MCP.
Outborn Account owns human identity, login/OAuth/OIDC, organizations, memberships, MFA, passkeys, and human sessions.
Outborn Core owns the shared commercial catalog, plans, prices, subscriptions, invoices, entitlements, trials, and limits.
Outborn AI owns model providers, agents, workflows, RAG/vector search, inference runtime, and AI usage/cost.

Management API usage must remain within AppKit technical ownership. Use the owning Outborn service for human identity, shared commercial state, and AI runtime.
